Diane Rule offers portfolio management and financial planning services. She utilizes equities, stocks, bonds, ETFs mutual funds, annuities, and alternative investments in order to help clients with their goals and earnings objectives.
With more than 25 years of experience, Diane is product agnostic and considers the entire universe of investments in order to provide holistic planning services. In addition to her degree in Paralegal and Business she holds FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, and 65 registrations as well as Life, Accident, and Health insurance licenses.
As a resident of Gloucester for more than 35 years, Diane has deep roots in her community. As a former owner of a marina and a current business owner, Diane understands the challenges that business owners face. She can help with employee benefits, 401(k) plans, employee retention, buy/sell agreements, continuity planning, succession planning, pension maximization and more. Diane has experience with municipalities and government employees. She has helped teachers maximize their 403(b) plans so they can edge closer to their retirement goals.
